This Bow Lake home is on a beautiful lake front property 30 minutes from both Concord and Manchester, NH, and 1 ½ hours from Boston. The landscaped and grassed back yard feature 107 feet of easily accessible waterfront. The small sandy beaches on both sides of the dock make them excellent places for grandchildren to play in the water. The property is located in a large cove that has been the long time home to a pair of nesting Loons. Bow Lake, a pristine 1,100 acre deep water lake, offers wonderful swimming, boating, water skiing, and tubing. The coves are favorites of Bass fishermen all summer long. Our cove protects the boats from winds, but has the advantage of a wide view to the main body of the lake. A large dock can accommodate two boats and a small cocktail party! Fish linger under and around the dock waiting for kids to catch them. Entry to the water is gradual over a sandy bottom. The southern exposure provides all day sun with plenty of shade protection from the mature trees. This has been a wonderful place to vacation with our children and grandchildren. The neighborhood is quiet. The cottage adjacent to us has been in the same family for over 60 years. Our neighbors across the street have lived here for decades.
